He is the founder of ETF Portfolio Blueprint and the lead ETF analyst for ETF Central, a partnership between Trackinsight and the NYSE, and has contributed to publications including U.S. News & World Report, Kiplinger, MoneySense, The Motley Fool, and USA Today. Before becoming a full-time writer, Tony advised public sector executives on enterprise risk management and holds a Master of Science in ERM from Columbia University.
