Canadian MoneySaver (CMS) values the
confidence that members have in our
service and, therefore, understand that
you trust us with your personal
information. We appreciate and respect
that trust you have confirmed with us.
CMS will not abuse that trust.
When you become a member of CMS, you
share personal data that is essential
for CMS to maintain its membership
service. CMS will only use this
information with your approval in an
appropriate manner.
Member data is collected and held so
that CMS can respond to your fulfillment
requirements. Only members can access
their own individual data by registering
online. Each member and CMS only can
access this data. Changes to this data,
e.g. updating your mailing or e-mail
address, can be made voluntarily by you
and/or the CMS.
Members may withdraw their implied
consent and request removal of their
personal information from our database
at any time. This withdrawal, however,
may prevent or hamper future requests
for our products or services. Unless
members grant specific permission for
specific purposes, this membership
information is only used for fulfillment
purposes.
CMS does not rent or sell its print or
online membership data to anyone. This
data is protected and confidential. If
CMS elected to change its current policy
(there is no plan to do so), we would
notify members before any change would
be implemented.
Members' data is stored in a secure
environment to prevent thieves, hackers
and their like from access to it. CMS
has set up physical and systems
safeguards to protect members' data from
unauthorized access or use.
