ORDERING

How do I register to receive my login information if I am a print member?
As a print member you can register by clicking on REGISTER on the home page. This will take you to a form where you will be asked to input your Membership ID number and your last name or company name. You'll find your membership ID number on your mailing label--first number on the left side just above your name.

Do you have any tips on entering my data on your order form?
Please do not use any spaces or special characters in your telephone number or credit card.

Can I order and use something other than my credit card?
Yes, you can submit your order, print a copy of it and either fax or mail your order to CMS. Of course this will take longer to have your request processed. When payment is received, we will notify you by e-mail. You can also check on your account status by clicking on MY ACCOUNT.

Where do I find your membership rates?
You can find our membership rates on the order form or on the "ABOUT US" page.
